Tubulação Hidrulica

Para ser efetuada a ligação entre tubos e seus acessrios, são utilizados diversos mtodos: roscas, soldas, flanges, etc. Entre esses, a rosca a mais usada, pois apresenta baixo custo e de fcil execução.
É de importância fundamental levar-se em conta que a rosca utilizada para a ligação de acessrios hidrulicos não uma rosca comum, pois alm de efetuar a ligação mecânica entre os tubos e conexões, ter tambm que proporcionar um acoplamento estanque, ou seja, sem possibilidade de vazamentos. Isso possvel devido conicidade existente nesse tipo de roscaAs roscas para tubos são diferentes das roscas de sujeição para vergalhões, porcas, eixos roscados, etc., pois para essa finalidade são paralelas.
Nas roscas para tubos não se podem admitir falhas, oxidações e filetes perfeitos. Isso facilmente compreensvel ao analisarmos os lquidos a serem conduzidos pelos tubos, que, em muitos casos, são extremamente volteis ou inflamveis.
Assim, os acoplamentos devem ser encarados com responsabilidade, tendo os cuidados necessrios para a sua instalação, que assim como as exigncias tcnicas, devem ser rigorosamente obedecidos.A Associação Brasileira de Normas Tcnicas (ABNT) adotou a rosca Britânica cuja denominação BSPT. Atualmente, denomina-se apenas BSP.
A norma NBR 6414 exige que a rosca BSP dever ser utilizada em linhas de tubo cuja pressão mxima seja de 25kgf/cm ou 360 libras/pol, em temperaturas de 120ºC .
